• 투어 일정은 기상 조건이나 기타 요인으로 인해 변경 또는 취소될 수 있습니다. 악천후 발생 시, 투어 전날 투어 가능 여부를 안내해 드립니다.
투어가 취소될 경우 전액 환불해 드립니다.
• 참가자는 알코올, 약물 또는 졸음을 유발하는 물질을 섭취하여 발생하는 모든 사고에 대한 책임을 져야 합니다.
임산부나 건강 문제가 있는 분은 참여하실 수 없습니다.
• 참가자는 투어 중 과실로 인해 발생한 모든 손실에 대해 책임을 져야 하며, 그러한 과실로 인해 발생한 모든 재산 피해나 손실에 대한 책임을 져야 합니다.
• 투어 중 개인적인 부주의로 인해 발생하는 모든 사고는 참가자의 책임입니다.
유아, 어린이, 노약자는 각별히 주의하시기 바라며, 보호자의 세심한 감독이 필요합니다.

• ツアーの日程は、気象条件やその他の要因により変更またはキャンセルされる場合があります。
悪天候発生時、ツアー前日にツアーが可能かどうかをご案内いたします。ツアーがキャンセルされた場合、全額返金いたします。
• 参加者は、アルコール、薬物、または眠気を引き起こす物質を摂取することによって発生するすべての事故に対して責任を
負う必要があります。 妊婦さんや健康問題のある方は参加できません。
• 参加者は、ツアー中に過失によって発生したすべての損失に対して責任を負い、
そのような過失によって発生したすべての財産被害や損失に対して責任を負わなければなりません。
• ツアー中に個人的な不注意によって発生するすべての事故は、参加者の責任です。
幼児、子供、高齢者は格別に注意していただき、保護者の細心な監督が必要です。
• Please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance for a smooth reservation. Once your reservation is submitted,
the system will send you an automated confirmation email, so you can make the reservation with confidence.
• Tour schedules are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors.
In the event of bad weather, we will inform you of the availability of the tour the day before the tour.
If the tour is canceled, we will give you a full refund.
• Participants are responsible for any accidents caused by ingestion of alcohol, drugs, or substances that cause drowsiness.
Pregnant women or those with health problems are not allowed to participate.
• Participants shall be liable for any loss caused by negligence during the tour and for any property damage or loss caused
by such negligence.
• Any accidents caused by personal carelessness during the tour are the responsibility of the participants.
Infants, children, and the elderly should be extra careful, and they need careful supervision by their guardians.
Cancel or Refund
취소 정책 (1~15인)
* 투어 3일 전에 취소 시 = 7% 추가 수수료를 제외한 금액이 환불됩니다.
* 투어 2일 전에 취소 시, 투어 총 금액의 20%가 취소 수수료로 부과됩니다.
* 투어 1일 전 취소시 = 투어 총 금액의 50% 취소 수수료 부과
* 투어 당일 취소 시 투어 총액의 100%가 취소 수수료로 부과됩니다.
취소 정책 (16인 이상)
* 투어 7일 전 취소 시 = 7% 추가 수수료를 제외한 금액이 환불됩니다.
* 투어 6일 전 투어 취소 시 = 투어 총 금액의 20%가 취소 수수료로 부과됩니다.
* 투어 5일 전 취소 시 = 투어 총 금액의 50% 취소 수수료 부과
* 투어 당일 취소 시 투어 총액의 100%가 취소 수수료로 부과됩니다.

* ツアー7日前のキャンセルの場合=
7%の追加手数料を除いた金額が払い戻しされます。
* ツアー6日前のキャンセルの場合=
ツアー合計金額の20%がキャンセル料として課金されます。
* ツアー5日前のキャンセル時=ツアー合計金額の50%キャンセル料請求
ツアー当日キャンセルされますと、ツアー総額の100%が
キャンセル料として課金されます。
